The Modern Historic is a delightful blend of vibrant New York style infused with the timeless charm of Historic Charleston. This stunning home is uniquely situated in the breathtakingly picturesque Historic area of Old Village in Mount Pleasant, SC, where every corner exudes rich history and elegance. This project was not only architecturally designed by The Flippin Designer, but Betsy Glass lead designer meticulously crafted every single part of this stunning home, both inside and out. This comprehensive endeavor included a fully realized landscape design that beautifully complements the overall aesthetic of the property designed by the Flippin Team.
