LANDSCAPE DESIGN
The Flippin Designer will design your full landscape and hardscape in our 3D Visualization which will contain all true to life products. Clients who are also wanting to add a pool, TFD will design your entire pool from size to interior to lightning. Your pool will also be one of our main conversation pieces so we want to make sure this area is also looking its best!
Not only will you have a complete walkthrough video of your new outdoors, but your contractors will have a complete set of landscape, hardscape and lighting plans to make this garden oasis come together! Our design management team will also team up with your contractors to help guide the landscape design to the finish line.
Pool Design
The Flippin Designer will not only design your outdoor oasis, but we will create your dream pool! We will start by working with your town or city lot setbacks, HOA and restrictions which will determine pool location and size. Once the layout is complete, we start designing with your wishlist items and water depth requirements along with waterline tile, interior gunite and hardscape coping. The Flippin Designers goal is to achieve a pool that will follow the modern edge design of your home!
