My passion has always been designing and when I met my love (Rich) we began flippin our own properties and knew this was going to end up being our future and a long term career. After such success with our own renovations and unique designs, our family, friends and then neighbors wanted us to redo their homes, which then turned into new clients reaching out to us. This is what created "The Flippin Designer. "

The Flippin Designer is a one stop shop. We design, draw & manage all under one roof! Our team consists of interior design, architectural drafting and design, including 2D layouts & 3D renderings, exterior design, landscape design & design management. We also do complete sets of construction documents and plans once the design has been completed and approved.

The Flippin Designer is known for luxury custom designs from full house renovations to new construction to commercial properties such as hotels and restaurants of any size. Our complete packages start from the drawing phase & design down to the furnishings.
