Assist your client chose quote that is in their best interest
Help clients understand what a contractor calls a draw
It’s important to make sure the contractor understands what they are paying for and manage payments with them in order to keep the project moving without waiting for payments from clients.
Ensure that all parties have signed off on all design and finishes before the project starts to make sure everyone is on the same page
Being another set of eyes for the duration of the project is so apt, especially when the client is not living in the area or is not familiar with construction
Working side by side with the contractor so everything runs smoothly for them and their subs and/or team
