  • Adding custom designed cold air return vents for a stylish feature

  • Modern inlays in floor from wood to tile

  • Using 4 Inch square drywall recessed can lights vs. the traditional round lights

  • Painting rooms a dark moody colour from walls, ceiling, trim, doors & base

  • Custom bookend wood staircase vs. a traditional stair tread layout
