The Flippin Designer is a Luxury Full-Service Interior & Architecture Design Company.  We are a one stop design firm.  If you are looking to do a full renovation and relaying out of your home or a new build, we are here to help.  If renovating, we start by putting your existing floor plan into our system, then working from your wish list we will relay out your new spaces.  Once you approve our CAD layout, we then offer you our 3D Rendering services to help bring that vision alive.  Our 3D renderings are completely designed rooms to include, cabinetry, appliances, materials, finishes down to furnishings and lighting. So, as we call it turn key! 

If you are building a new home, we will work with our architectural design team to help best complete a full interior and exterior design to your family’s needs along with the design style this home is looking for!   Just like a full renovation, we will ask our clients for a complete wish list of their dream home!  Once we have these architectural & engineered drawings complete, we then sit with our clients to go over the completed plans.  Once client approved, we are off to the interior design side such as cabinetry, appliances, materials, finishes along with furniture and lighting. We also offer the same 3D Rendering service for our new build clients to help achieve their dream home vision! 

The Flippin Designer also offers Landscape Design.  We work hand in hand with the best landscape contractors to achieve your backyard oasis.  The Flippin Designer designs a complete landscape plan that can include outdoor kitchens, pools, pergolas, fireplaces, pavers and lighting.  You ask we design!
